utorrent's got a decent encryption toggle in prefs -> bittorrent. I've heard that you should typically pair it with a decent copy of PeerBlock, but I've been too lazy to take that step as the only thing I tend to get is anime and then open-source or unlicensed-in-the-UK songs, which they would have a terribly hard time pinning on me in any kind of court.
